The Itsu Restaurant’Ramen range is a lineup of ramen noodle products arriving in the UK To provide consumers with access to restaurant-quality fare from the comfort of home.
The product range includes the Original Ramen, Soda and Flat noodle varieties that can be paired with the brand's chicken, classic or miso ramen broths for a customized twist. The products will hit the UK market towards the end of 2023 as a Tesco exclusive where shoppers will be able to pick them up for just £1.50 each.
Senior Brand Manager Ellie Leek spoke on the Itsu Restaurant’Ramen range saying, "We didn’t feel there was an authentic ramen noodle offering for grocery shoppers which matched the restaurant quality of our brilliant’broths. We therefore set out to develop bespoke restaurant’ramen noodles which offered freshness, choice & affordability to shoppers.”
