Rather than dumping a cold bucket of ice on a cat that has absolutely no idea about anything to do with her Internet fame or ALS, three guys—Daniel Roebuck, Evan Todd and Isaac Haig—accepted the challenge on behalf of Grumpy Cat. With this trio in the foreground of the Christmas movie set, Grumpy Cat watches from the background, seated in a plush red throne. After the ice buckets have been dumped, Grumpy Cat comments that the water was "Not cold enough," and when asked if the challenge was deserving of Grumpy Cat's approval, as expected, she says "No."
