These temporary housing projects enable people to live comfortably when they have been displaced by a disaster or perhaps because of political issues within their home country. Designed by Maja Jandrić, Mladen Orešić and Andrea Hercog as part of a design school project at the University of Zagreb, the housing units create homes in virtually any area.
The design of the housing kits sees the various components capable of being assembled quickly whenever and wherever they are needed. They create small, private spaces for individuals or families to sleep, live and stay safe without having to use tents or other structures. The housing projects can be connected to create small communities in order to make the most of a given space.
