The Grand Hotel in Stockholm sees a lot of foot traffic from tourists, but unsurprisingly had a limited relationship with the locals in the area for a significant amount of time. When approached about renting a building near it, the hotel took it as an opportunity to reach out to that client-base. In a collaboration with the agency 'Priority,' a relaxing hotel cafe was designed. The cafe's branding is featured in pastel colors that give it an aesthetic that is both playful and sophisticated.
The Grand Hotel's decision to reach out to locals creates a new revenue stream for the business, while fostering a stronger relationship with an unexpected clientele.
