Poe Yoga's Hot Yoga Classes Offer Clean Heat with FAR Infrared Heating

Most hot yoga classes are operated in studios that use forced hot air systems to deliver heat, which is the same technology that's used in many sweat-inducing saunas. As an alternative to this, Poe Yoga uses FAR infrared heating panels to deliver a cleaner heat.

The FAR infrared heating panels are combined with an oxygen purification system and a humidifier that keeps the air quality in the studio high and steam-free. While the rooms used for hot yoga classes are heated to 104 degrees, practices feel less sticky and more airy as a result, giving people much more space to breathe without feeling suffocated.
