Sweat and Tonic Announces the Launch of REFORMD

Toronto-based boutique fitness and wellness destination Sweat and Tonic recently announced the launch of a groundbreaking new brand and concept studio. Dubbed REFORMD, this new venture is set to open its doors to consumers in the spring of 2025. The space is located within The Well™, near Sweat and Tonic's second location.

REFORMD is marketed as "the world's highest-capacity Lagree method studio" and its space measures 6,000 square feet. The studio will bring world-class Lagree-certified instructors to lead classes and keep the energy up throughout the programming. Available equipment includes 30 Mega Pro Megaformer machines, immersive custom-programmed chromotherapy lighting and AV, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and an elevated instructor Megaformer platform. In addition, guests can enjoy the welcome lounge, an education room with two Megaformer machines, a grab-and-go fridge, and more.
