In place of setting up a full haunted house for people to visit at the end of October, gummy bear maker Haribo put together a Halloween door that Londoners in Victoria station could knock on.
The 'Trick-or-Treat Door' stands more than three meters high, inviting people passing by to knock and see what's on the other side—if they dare. The brave will find that once the door creaks open, they will be able to grab a sampling of sweet treats from the candy brand's Halloween assortment.
As a Halloween promotion, this could work just about anywhere in the world for a number of brands beyond the food industry, especially since the other side of the door could contain a scary trick, a surprising treat or something else entirely.
