PopUp Bagels Launched a Limited-Time Grillo's Hot Pickle Butter

PopUp Bagels and Grillo's Pickles previously teamed up to launch Pickle de Gallo Schmear, and the collaborators are continuing to delight bagel lovers, cream cheese fans and pickle enthusiasts with a new, limited-edition Grillo's Hot Pickle Butter. This first-of-its-kind flavorful butter features Grillo's Pickles Hot Chips, which build on the brand's signature base with fresh habanero and jalapeño pepper for a touch of heat. "A great bagel with a great pickle just works. Both brands take familiar things people already love and push them somewhere louder, bolder, and a little unexpected," said Adam Goldberg, founder of PopUp Bagels.

Grillo's Hot Pickle Butter is exclusively available at all PopUp Bagels locations now through June 10th, 2026, while supplies last each day.
