The Parisian architecture firm creates an eco tower that acts as a social community hub while promoting sustainability. The drawings for this conceptual agricultural institute include plans for an eco restaurant that will serve locally sourced food.

The renderings also highlight green spaces that promote urban food cultivation along with outdoor walkways that encourage social engagement. These communal walkways also double as outdoor retail spaces that can be used by local food vendors during Farmer's market or food festival pop-ups.
