Prince St. Pizza is bringing a Greek-leaning square pie to Miami sports fans and food lovers with 'The Freak,' a short-run collaboration with Chèvre Miami starting October 12. The pie gives Prince St.'s square-slice format a local twist ahead of the October 20 basketball season opener.
Its standout build centers on shaved ribeye marinated for 48 hours, which deepens the beef flavor without altering the crisp Mercer dough base. A drizzle of Chèvre Greek sauce and feta pushes it closer to a kebab-inspired bite than a standard slice.
Because orders are limited to Prince St. Pizza's online pickup and delivery system, the release keeps the drop tightly tied to Miami fans planning game-night meals. Buying through the Rewards program also enters buyers into a drawing for lower-level Heat tickets to the October 23 game, and winners will be notified on October 20.
