Mellow Mushroom is adding a tasty new offering for the summer season in the form of the new Greek Feta Rollz.
Packed with familiar Mediterranean flavors, the new Greek Feta Rollz features a delicious blend of cheeses and fresh veggies. The new rolls start with Mellow Mushroom's signature pizza dough, which is then filled with a mixture of melty mozzarella, spinach, Roma tomatoes, and sheep’s milk feta, all sprinkled with parmesan and chives on top. As Chef Dave Woolley, Head of Culinary at Mellow Mushroom, explains, "Rollz have been a big hit since we first introduced them last year, and we leaned into creating a bright and zesty variation for summer. These come with a Greek twist from creamy feta cheese and fresh spinach."
