'Glassology' Challenges Bar Professionals to Design a Vessel

Over the years there have been many competitions held for bartenders that are centered around drinks, but leading glassware company Libbey is aiming to change this with its 'Glassology' design competition.

Glassology invites bar professionals to come up with their own unique glassware design, which will be judged based on its creativity, innovation and originality. The winning design will be put into production by Libbey and distributed around the world.

Six finalists will be chosen to show off their ideas at the Perfect Serve Barshow in Amsterdam in May of 2018, where the winner will also be named. As glassware plays an important role in the drinking ritual, the forward-thinking designs submitted to the glassware design competition have the potential to elevate the entire experience.
