This year's Art of ITALICUS Aperitivo Challenge emphasizes the versatility and artistry of the Spritz, a drink deeply rooted in aperitivo culture. National finals will be held in 10 countries, with winners advancing to the global finals in Europe, where the ultimate champion will be crowned.

The global winner will earn the prestigious title of ITALICUS Bar Artist of the Year 2025 and gain access to an exclusive mentorship program with Lorenzo Antinori, a leading figure in the bar industry. Additionally, the winner will attend top-tier bar events globally, which may further enhance their professional development and visibility within the industry.
