Artist Ardan Özmenoglu is from Turkey and creates stunning glass tree sculptures using several layers of glass.
She creates a surreal 3D effect with multiple layers of glass depicting various images of trees to create a multi-effect floating image of trees. They look mystical and dreamy as if they were found floating in the forest, and have a green, serpentine effect. The images resemble a hologram because of the various layers incorporated within it.
The glass screens sit amongst concrete slabs and the frontal view makes the image appear to be never-ending. At the distance, the sculpture looks enchanting and gripping as if it will pull you into a transcendental vortex.
