Autonomous vehicles are likely to start showing up on our city streets in the very near future, so the 'Gacha' shuttle bus concept identifies what they might look like and how they will likely operate.
Designed in collaboration between MUJI and Sensible 4, the autonomous bus offers space for up to 10 seated passengers along with six standing and is capable of reaching a maximum speed of 40kmh. The bus has a range of 100 km per charge and is designed with the seasons in mind to make it suitable for use in winter where other autonomous vehicles might not be as effective.
The 'Gacha' shuttle bus also features wireless charging functionality that will make regular maintenance quick and efficient.
