Icelandic Provisions' new Fruit & Nuts snacks share a new way for people to enjoy the taste of whole milk skyr—a traditional Icelandic dairy product— with real fruit pieces, nuts and seeds. The snacks are available in varieties like apple cinnamon with almonds, coconut with almonds and peach apricot with almonds, and they share a satisfying way to fuel the body with 11 grams of protein and 13 grams of fiber per serving.

As John Heath, Chief Innovation Officer at Icelandic Provisions, describes: "We like to call our new Fruit & Nuts line ‘the thinking person's snack’ because of the layers of flavor and texture it provides.
