This year, Long John Silver's is celebrating International Talk Like a Pirate Day by rewarding customers with free fish. For those who can't wait for Halloween to dress up as their favorite buccaneer, this promotion provides the perfect opportunity to don some sea-worthy garb.

On September 19th, 2016, Long John Silver's will celebrate International Talk Like a Pirate Day at participating locations across the US. To participate in the promotion, customers will have to come in and talk just like a pirate in order to receive one free piece of Alaskan Whitefish or a piece of chicken. For those who want to go all-out, the chain will provide customers with two pieces of free fish if they actually dress like a pirate. In order to qualify, customers must be wearing at least three pieces of traditional pirate garb.
