French Fry Photo Filters

McDonald's & Snapchat Launched a Series of Food-Decorated Photo Filters

Snapchat has a strong presence in the world of social media and McDonald's plans to add some fun fast food-themed photo filters to its vast collection. The Snapchat app that lets users send quick images to friends will now have the option to add a fast food filter to the pictures.

These McDonald's branded filters will feature classic french fries as boarders, cheeseburger illustrations and incorporate a summer version of the burger joint's catch phrase. The phrase will read "Lovin' Summer Fun" and will feature a purple heart with the classic golden arched 'M' in the center.

McDonald's hopes to appeal to the younger generation of consumers by incorporating social media and tasty food together. These photo filters are being launched as a limited-edition summer campaign. As users discover these fun filters, the exposure for McDonald's will only escalate.
