2BOATS Travels the River Channels and Streams of Europe

Claudius Schulze from Hamburg and Maciej Markowicz from Berlin have created two floating photographic platforms that foster artistic thought through new cultural perspectives, heightened awareness and unforgettable experiences. 2BOATS is an engaging artistic project that creatively explores different environmental regions of Europe through a moving photographic lens.

Albeit tied by the concept, the floating photographic platforms have different purposes as observed from their appearance. Claudius' boat has a distinct warm boho vibe that is strongly suggested by the plant pots and wooden walls. It is a site for hosting creative workshops and intellectually stimulating discussions. Maciej's boat, on the other hand, has a less approachable aesthetic as it relies on a futuristic aura that bleeds into the notion of camera obscura.
