There is definitely a frothy feel to the Float Coffee Table. Considering that it is "inspired by bubbles under water floating to the surface," as the designer describes it, I shouldn't be so surprised. I would be, however, if the this piece of furniture did suddenly start actually floating.

Created by American designer Liz Boscacci, the Float Coffee Table is a stunning piece of sculptural furniture. Aside from its mesmerizing whimsical aesthetic, this concept is also unique in its functionality. Shaped and assembled by hand, this intricate piece of furniture is undeniably creative and will be a conversation-starter in any household.

The Float Coffee Table is made out of turned mahogany with a glass top for an elegant and timeless look for the home.
