The all-new Fava Bean Fusilli by Explore Cuisine is an organic, gluten-free pasta alternative that's made with fava beans and it's described as the brand's "closest pasta yet to traditional pasta in terms of taste, texture and appearance." The bean-based alternative pasta product boasts three times the fiber and two times the protein of traditional wheat-based pasta—offering 25 grams of protein with less than half of the total carbs per each single serving.
By working with mild and creamy fava beans as a base for its product, Explore Cuisine is introducing this as the first ingredient to come out of its Food to Thrive partnership with farming communities in Thailand.
