Cultivated Meat Tasting Menus

Hue Restaurant Made Dishes with Vital Meat Cultivated Chicken Powder

Cultivated meat is on its way to consumers through restaurants and grocery stores, pending approval from food regulators, and in Singapore—the first country to approve cultivated meat—Vital Meat collaborated with Hue Restaurant on a three-dish cultivated meat tasting menu.

Vital Meat, the French startup, worked with Chef JunHao to show off three inventive uses for its cultivated chicken powder. At the private tasting event, guests were treated to crispy cultivated chicken skin, cultivated chicken broth paired with handmade ravioli filled with Vital Chicken, and cultivated chicken rice, reimagining a fragrant, flavorful Singaporean staple with a food of the future.

Earlier in 2024, Vital Meat submitted for novel food regulatory approval with the Singapore Food Agency, and sees the potential to become the first European cultivated meat company approved in Singapore.
