Singaporean Cultivated Chicken Stalls

Eat Just is Bringing 'GOOD Meat' Chicken to Hawker Stalls

'Eat Just,' the San Francisco-based plant-based food manufacturer, has partnered with various "hawker stalls" in Singapore to deliver its cultivated chicken products. A hawker stall is a part of Singapore's heritage that is essentially an open-air food hall comprised of stalls and dining areas. Through this widespread collaboration, Eat Just's 'GOOD Meat' cultivated food company will supply cultivated chicken for the restaurants.

Eat Just describes GOOD Meat's cultivated chicken as "the future of food" due to its sustainable nature and the fact that it does not rely on the harvesting of real animals. On top of this, GOOD Meat chicken tastes quite similar to real chicken, meaning it is easy to use in countless Singaporean dishes. This partnership is also intended to bring more customers to hawker stalls, as many of these stalls suffered reduced sales due to pandemic-related regulations.
