Trader Joe's is bolstering its fresh salad section with the addition of its new Crunchy Jicama Slaw.

Perfect for those who like their veggies to have that satisfying crunch, the new Crunchy Jicama Slaw is big on both flavor and texture. The new Crunchy Jicama Slaw gails from Mexico, just like a Jicama root itself, which is sometimes known as Mexican turnip. The crunchy root vegetable is also paired with julienned carrots and diced radishes, sliced cucumbers, and red bell pepper pieces. Shelled edamame is then added for protein, while fresh cilantro delivers some herby flavor. To tie it all together, the salad also comes with dry-roasted peanuts and a packet of spicy, sesame ginger dressing.
