Condos in the ultra luxurious Chicago Spire went on sale recently. The condos are not for the faint-hearted because the sky high structure has sky high prices too. At 2000 feet, the building is the highest residential housing in the world. Prices range from $750,000 to $15 million, putting the Windy City prices higher than any of Trumps.

The creative man even made door handles that are featured in the lobby that have been "molded from his own grip." The beautiful building is not only artsy on the outside, but is a treat on the inside as well.
