The Sobha SkyParks tower by Sobha Realty rises approximately 450 meters and spans 109 storeys, positioning it among the UAE’s tallest residential developments. The design features four elevated SkyParks, each dedicated to a distinct theme such as adventure, wellness, nature, and luxury recreation. These multi-level parks bring landscaped greenery and resort-style amenities into the vertical cityscape, creating a new model for high-rise living in Dubai.
Each SkyPark spans six floors and includes features like padel courts, play zones, fitness circuits, zen gardens, and an infinity pool deck overlooking the skyline. The tower houses 684 residences ranging from one to three bedrooms, each offering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and downtown Dubai. The project demonstrates a growing shift toward vertical communities that blend luxury living with integrated green and leisure environments.
