Blondie the Infamous Stripper is the Face of the A+ Charity Campaign

Many celebrities have acted as the faces of ad campaigns and luxury brands, but never has a stripper become the face of a charity campaign—until now. Blondie the legendary Atlanta stripper has been chosen to advertise the A+ charity campaign, which calls both amateur and professional advertisers to compete for the chance to win a pimp cup and see their ads used in the name of charity.

A series of videos have been released in collaboration with ad agency Iris, featuring Blondie dressed as a southern belle and sitting outside of a grand plantation. She sips wine, cuddles a dog and works that chic floppy hat of hers looking every bit the lady. Until she shows off her colorful vocabulary, that is.

This charity campaign has taken a daring and tongue-in-cheek approach to their organization. Using a stripper as the representative figure for a charitable organization is a bold step but is also hilariously effective. This is one ad campaign that few people will forget.
