Curious bakers are gathering to learn the recipes of Sarah Klein and share their doughy experiences with others who have an interest in concocting deliciously fresh homemade bread, without the preservatives loaded in store bought loaves.
Klein offers private lessons to groups of 10-12. For three hours, she provides the tools, ingredients and instructions to teach you and your crew how to make everything from sourdough loaves and Italian herb-infused focaccia bread to bagels and even homemade crackers.
