Bourbon & Vine is a Cabernet Sauvignon-infused Bourbon whiskey and it's an award-winning small-batch release. This product is made thanks to a patented In-Bottle Finishing process, which involves placing a five-inch spiral-cut piece of wood (called the spire) into a fully aged bottle of whiskey. In the case of this product, Oak & Eden uses a French Oak spiral that rested in Cabernet Sauvignon.
This process helps the finished result to achieve a new depth of flavor that couldn't be achieved from the use of a single barrel by itself.
The Bourbon whiskey finished with a Cabernet Sauvignon-steeped French Oak spire, provides a unique experience that's full of notes that are sweet, fruity and reminiscent of dark chocolate and savory spices due to the use of the oak wood.
