Bear Fight Orchard & Vine Has Notes of Baked Apple, Spice and More

— October 23, 2025 — Lifestyle
Bear Fight Orchard & Vine Kentucky straight Bourbon has made its debut from the distillery as an autumnal expression that boasts a seasonal profile for spirit enthusiasts to try out this fall.

The spirit is finished in Calvados and Port barrels, which are reported to impart notes of baked apple, baking spices and dark berry. These work well with the base spirit that has vanilla, rye spice and full-bodied oak notes. The spirit is best served in seasonal cocktails including an Autumn Old Fashion or a Harvest Mule, which allow its rich taste and character to shine through.

CEO Anthony Moniello spoke on the Bear Fight Orchard & Vine Kentucky straight Bourbon saying, "With Orchard & Vine, we set out to create a Bourbon that feels distinctly seasonal yet unmistakably Bear Fight. The Calvados and Port barrel finishes add layers of crisp fruit and spice that make it exciting for whiskey enthusiasts while still approachable for casual drinkers.”
