The store is not simply for cosmetic purposes, but to launch BMW's newly structured consumer marketing strategy. The vision is to improve and heighten the way customers are engaged and serviced. The master plan involves strengthening the in-store benefits and retail experience for BMW clients, both current and potential.
BMW is also introducing employees dubbed, 'Product Geniuses,' whose role is to provide enhanced customer support. The newly branded staff will be equipped with the latest devices to visually demonstrate BMW's products and features. Sound familiar? It appears Apple and Steve Jobs' influence has expanded beyond tech manufacturers. The BMW Paris showroom brings together quality service with experience enhancing technology.
