Mobile advertising company Adzookie is making waves with its offer to turn houses into billboards. The Adzookie billboard houses would be painted bright colors and feature the Adzookie logo along with the logos of popular social media sites like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. The company plans to pay the homeowner's mortgage for every month that they participate, and will even paint the house back to its original colors when the agreement is up.

One year of living in a billboard house with no mortgage payments sounds like a steal of a deal to me. Adzookie put out the ad for billboard houses a day ago and already have thousands of applicants. Not all homes qualify though. All homes must be owned by the occupants and cannot be in a city where brightly painted houses are prohibited.
