The Ben & Jerry's Pop-Up Movie Theater Used Renewable Energy

The bike-powered Ben & Jerry's movie theater pop-up was a fun summertime event that took place over the first weekend of August. Throughout the three-day event, consumers were invited to participate in a variety of activities and lounge on grassy sofas and cow print beanbags.

The fun pop-up event featured food and drink stalls in addition to a variety of childhood favorite games such as Jenga. The event boasted stationary bikes retrofitted to provide power for the movie screen, while it was also powered by an eco-friendly hybrid source through Firefly.

The Ben & Jerry's bike-powered cinema experience was held in collaboration with Firefly and served to promote the brand's new flavor, Fair Trade Cookie Core, of which samples were offered.
