To make this savory and sweet shake begin by blending one and a half avocados together with one cup of coconut ice cream and a cup of milk or a milk substitute in a blender. Add a tablespoon of lemon or lime juice to cut the creaminess of the avocado. Then add a teaspoon of fleur de sel to add a savory kick. The addition of salt might seem bizarre but it'll actually help to bring out the sweeter flavor of the coconut ice cream.
