Those having problems with their new Samsung device will be able to get enhanced help thanks to the new Samsung Assist feature announced by the brand. Coming as part of the Samsung+ 3.0 release, Samsung Assist allows users to access remote customer support straight from their device. This would allow them to chat with technicians and even allow them access to the device to take control and see what's going on.
The Samsung Assist feature is currently set to be available for Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge devices with other smartphones and tablets receiving the new feature in the coming weeks.
The release allows a more comprehensive approach to customer support to help end the frustration that can be created for consumers when seeking assistance.
