The Ardbeg Anamorphic Scotch Whiskey is an experimental spirit from the classic Scottish distillery that's craft with a new kind of taste experience in mind. The spirit is reportedly finished in casks that take an experimental approach to the finishing of the whiskey, which consists of having the heads removed and heavily toasted before being used. This includes dark chocolate, espresso, spicy chili and spiced fruit to name a few. The Ardbeg Anamorphic Scotch Whiskey is a limited time offering and is branded with an M.C. Escher-like label that identifies its focus on shaking up perceptions of flavor. The spirit comes in with a 48.2% ABV.
