An experiential means of showcasing the cult skincare brand's product range, the Aesop boutique experience is normally characterized by the lavish hand-washing service the attendants provide to showcase the range of products.

The luxurious facial treatments now offered at the Aesop Richmond store will be bespoke and are designed to have a purpose, such as detoxification or hydration, aside from mere relaxation. The facial treatments will take place in the idyllic cottage attic of Aesop Richmond, with each treatment ending with an intense head and shoulder massage.

Aesop already offers its in-store facial treatments at stores in Hamburg, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Sydney and China.
