The 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedan is embracing wearable technology. The automaker's new 2015 model is compatible with Google Glass. Hyundai engineers teamed up with Google to create an interactive vehicle that uses the car's Blue Link infotainment system.
Users will have to download a Blue Link Glassware app so they can use all the features within the vehicle like remote start, remote locking and vehicle finder. You will also be able to download points of interest into the navigation system and even schedule your appointments so you don't forget.
Barry Ratzlaff, executive director of Customer Connect and Service Business Development at Hyundai Motor America said, “Wearables are a great way to extend the experience outside of the vehicle by leveraging these small screens to quickly access remote features and deliver timely vehicle information.”
