Torque Motor Suites, an entity of Neyer Properties, is expanding its luxury private garage suite concept nationally, with the grand opening of its second location in Blue Ash, Ohio.
The latest development, which will officially open its doors on July 29, 2026, offers deeded ownership of climate-controlled garage suites ranging from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet. The spaces feature high ceilings, insulated construction, bathrooms, and optional upgrades like outdoor patios and bar cabinetry, all within a secure, gated campus with cameras and coded access.
In addition to the opening of its latest luxury private garage suite, Torque Motor Suites has also announced a partnership with four-time Indianapolis 500 champion Helio Castroneves, who has committed as a future owner and strategic partner. The company has also introduced Torque Black, a private membership pathway that provides access to all communities nationwide, curated events, and charter member status.
