Lately, airports and airlines alike have stepped up their game to promote bizarre, fun, interactive and creative flight services to help customers feel more relaxed, at ease and inclined to spend time in and around planes.

Flight services have expanded their horizons to focus on luxurious and over-the-top Hobbit-inspired airports, wacky Hello Kitty-themed airlines, gourmet food and alcohol services and will even go as far as to set people up on a blind date for the duration of their flight, if that will help distract them from the fear of flying.
