Jessica is a writer and artist living in San Diego, CA. She's lived in New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., and Madrid, Spain, and she loves to travel and see new places. Her passions include staying on top of pop culture and learning as much as she can about the world.

She is currently studying for a Master's degree in Communication and is thrilled to be part of the Trendhunter team!
What is unique that's not in your bio?
I read a ridiculous amount every day. I often run out of things to read on the websites I visit on a daily basis and I'm always looking for the next cool thing.
How do you define cool?
Some degrees lower than lukewarm.
What is your secret to uncovering trends?
Keeping my eyes open and finding things that excite me, because if I'm excited then I know other people will be too.
What do you enjoy most about Trend Hunter?
The best thing about Trend Hunter is the community. Thousands and thousands of people come together to share their own interests and see what's new in our world.
What is your favorite trend?
I love trends that combine advanced technology with retro style.
How do you reset to be creative?
Coffee. Chocolate. Caffeine. Repeat.
What inspires or excites you?
I'm inspired by success in all forms, by people who follow their passions, and by great artists. As for exciting, costume parties, Ferraris, and breaking news all get my attention.
Predict something awesome for 2020?
Bullet trains being built in every major American city. Getting from LA to San Francisco in under two hours (and not dealing with airport security), and hopping on a train from New York to Philadelphia just to meet someone for lunch.
