Nate Ronniger is a painter whose work has gone from mild-mannered portraits to imaginative and colorful scenes. His latest work, some of which will soon be on exhibit at the Bonner David Galleries, features chairs. The chair paintings feature mainly mid-century chairs.

Implications - In art, photorealism is a much-admired property of certain works, as it blurs the line between fantasy and reality. In particular, the rise of digital photography has heightened the consumer appreciation for hand-painted works that resemble photographs because of the dedication, talent and attention to detail these works clearly require.
