Facebook has quite literally changed the world; its popularity was thrust into the stratosphere this week when tabloid magazines reported Luke Worrall revealed his engagement to Kelly Osbourne using the infamous social networking site’s relationship status change feature.
Facebook wasn’t always the household name it is today. In the early to mid-2000s, Facebook was first restricted just to Harvard students, and then only Ivy League students. Back then, it was known as The Facebook, with its corresponding URL.
