Zillow Unveils a New In-App Messaging Function for Home Buyers

Zillow® has unveiled a new in-app messaging feature designed to make the home-buying process smoother, more innovative, and more collaborative. This update allows buyers and their co-shoppers to chat directly, share listings, and coordinate decisions without ever leaving the Zillow app.

Zillow’s new messaging experience eliminates the chaos of home searching by keeping every property discussion in one organized thread, where users can easily revisit shared homes, comments, and reactions.

“This new messaging product brings the collaboration that already happens across text messages directly into Zillow,” said David Beitel, chief technology officer at Zillow. “It’s another step toward making the home journey simpler and more connected. We’re continuing to bring more of the experience onto Zillow, so buyers can move from browsing to closing with less friction and more confidence.”
