Additionally, the peppery seasoning sauces are enhanced with fruits, herbs, spices and extra virgin olive oil, available in three distinct flavors: Aji Panca Chili and Herbs, Aji Amarillo Chili and Goldenberry, and Aji Limo Chili and Passionfruit. These versatile Peruvian sauces may be used for grilling, simmering, marinading and making flavorful dips for everything from meat to vegetables.
Aji chili peppers are a staple of Peruvian cuisine, but to ensure consumers get the best quality, the new Zócalo Gourmet range features organic aji chilis from the first farm in Peru to be certified organic.
