Designer Lee Chieh created the 123Healthy product which is a unique wooden bowl that encourages home cooking with a heightened sense of portion control. The wooden bowl boasts an elegant and simple appearance that will appeal to a variety of consumers.

The bowl is designed with a unique focus on depth and material thickness. The wood itself is made to contain the perfect amount of food which the body needs to stay healthy -- this ensures each user does not over indulge. The thickness of the bowl also plays a key factor by ensuring that each meal stays at the correct temperature. The 123Healthy bowl makes sure cool items stay cool and hot items retain heat.

The idea for this project was inspired by the lack of healthy and local ingredients being used in the artist's hometown. While many restaurants claim to serve healthy items, Lee Chieh found a shortage of appealing eateries that cater to nutrition and weight maintenance.
