Rooftop Tiny Homes

The White Pine is a Park Model Tiny Home with a Rooftop Terrace

The White Pine by Backcountry Tiny Homes is a 30-foot-long, 10-foot-wide park model that expands compact living with a rooftop terrace and spacious interior layout. Built on a triple-axle trailer, the home features cedar tongue-and-groove cladding paired with metal paneling, while the interior combines whitewashed pine ceilings with durable vinyl flooring. The open-plan living area includes a sofa bed, dining space for two, and large windows, alongside a full kitchen equipped with a farmhouse sink, two-burner propane stove, oven, refrigerator, and generous storage.

The primary bedroom is positioned on a lowered platform to provide full standing height and accommodates a queen-size bed, while a second loft offers additional sleeping space or storage. A detachable exterior staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, creating an elevated outdoor living area that extends the home's usable footprint. Available as a shell, unfurnished, or fully furnished model, the White Pine is offered with nationwide and international delivery.
