Taco Bell's latest faux trailer for its film Web of Fries is an amazing marketing campaign that tackles the introduction of Taco Bell fries. The ad portrays itself as a conspiracy thriller and stars actor Jeff Duhamel in a heart-racing quest for the truth behind Taco Bell. Coming from the minds at Deutsch, the faux trailer is perfectly executed to create something thoroughly engrossing and incredibly fun. A 90-second version of the trailer is currently available online with a 60-second spot airing during the 2018 NFC Championship game.
Web of Fries is not just a funny ad made by Taco Bell, but is being used to endorse the company's newest product. Due to overwhelming demand, Taco Bell will soon be introducing fries to its menu, and something it's calling Nacho Fries. The fries were chain-tested throughout 2017, but will finally be debuting at all Taco Bell locations in late January 2018.
