Vaillant Set Up 'Warmth Pods' in UK Travel Stations for Warmth Week

Knowing that many people start to feel the winter blues in January after the highs of the Christmas season, 'Warmth Week' was established as a solution to help people cope with the cold weather, lack of light and a lack of festivities. This year, the central heating and renewable energy specialists at Vaillant decided to take it upon themselves to uplift the spirits of commuters in the UK by installing its 'Warmth Pods' in transit stations.

At Edinburgh Waverley, Manchester Piccadilly and London Waterloo, warming pod stations were set up to give commuters a comforting place to wait for the arrival of their train. The individual pods featured control pads, which made it possible to completely customize the environment, including the lighting and temperature inside.
