I bet you’ll never guess what these lamps are made of! This particular lighting design was made in Moscow by Shelemotov Denis. This handcraft felt master has a degree in sculpture from a Russian university and works with a variety of mixed media to create art dolls, ceramics and outdoor advertising.
Denis’ grandfather was well-known for his top-level redesign of Soviet sideboards during the Stalin era. Denis was inspired to create handmade lighting after seeing beloved designers play with light and shade in interior designs to change a room’s mood.
